The HDfury VRROOM is a 4-input HDMI 2.1 matrix, scaler and sound extractor. It feeds full audio — up to Dolby Atmos over TrueHD — from any HDMI source or eARC/ARC TV to any sound system, while passing 8K60 and 4K120 VRR video untouched and solving HDCP and EDID problems along the way.
What the VRROOM is known for
The retail box calls it the world’s first 8K VRR and HDMI 2.1 sound extractor. Three signature tricks made its reputation:
Full audio out, full video through
Extracts every HDMI sound format — up to Dolby Atmos over TrueHD — from any source or eARC TV and feeds it to any AVR or sound system, while 8K60 and 4K120 VRR video passes to the display untouched. Keep your older receiver, lose nothing.

Your AVR is older than your sources
Keep a beloved audio receiver and still play 4K120/8K to the display: VRROOM sends full video to the TV and full audio — Atmos, TrueHD, DTS:X — to the AVR on a separate HDMI audio output.
You want TV app sound on a non-eARC system
VRROOM extracts eARC/ARC audio from the TV — up to Atmos over TrueHD from eARC sets — and feeds it to any sound system over HDMI, eARC/ARC out or optical.
HDCP errors, EDID trouble or mixed gear
The HDCP Doctor converts HDCP 2.3 ↔ 1.4 both ways, and the EDID manager offers 100 EDID tables plus Automix, so old and new equipment finally work together.

8K video, untouched or scaled
FRL5 40Gbps passthrough for 8K60 and 4K120 VRR signals, with per-output upscaling to 4K/8K or downscaling to 4K/1080p for older displays and projectors.
Full audio extraction
Dedicated 720p/1080p HDMI audio output and eARC/ARC audio output carry every format that exists today, from stereo PCM to Atmos HBR over TrueHD. SPDIF and analog stereo included.
HDR Fixer and Dolby Vision tools
Capture, inject, translate or block HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision metadata in real time — including LLDV → HDR10 conversion for projectors without DV support.
4×2 matrix and autoswitch
Four inputs, two video outputs, splitter or matrix operation, and TMDS/pixel-clock autoswitching that even handles sources that keep sending +5V in standby.
Total control
Embedded web server for any browser, OLED info display, OSD, IR, RS232 and IP/Telnet control, Android/iOS apps, plus RS232 macros that can command a JVC projector per signal type.
HDMI Explorer
See exactly what travels through the chain: resolution, chroma, colour depth, HDCP, HDR metadata and infoframes, reported live on the OLED, the OSD and the web server.
